- I only accept payment via PayPal, I do not accept any other form of payment method at this time. I do not accept cryptocurrency. All of my prices are listed in USD.

- I require full payment upfront before I begin working on your commission.

- I do not permit my work to be used for NFTs/Cryptocurrency/AI Art in any shape or form.-
- I do not permit editing, copying, tracing, or selling merch of my artwork without written consent.

- I will not draw pedophillic/zoophillic/harmful content

- In order to commission me you must have a clear, high quality visual reference of your character that contains all relevant info or design notes. Or instead you must have a clear written description with visual comparisons that can/may be from other media for specific/important design features.

- You may ask for changes to the sketch, however after a certain number of changes (that may vary depending on the complexity and amount of work required per change) I will charge an extra fee for every major change going forward ranging from $50-$100 USD depending on the complexity of the change.
If the sketch is approved and you ask me to start over, I reserve the right to re-use the scrapped sketch for a "YCH" and remove all traits unique to your character from the sketch.

- I do not accept a "rush fee" and I will not work with deadlines, due to physical limitations I do not have a specific turnaround time.

REFUNDS- I will not do refunds once the artwork is completed.

- If some progress has been made but the piece has not been completed and you decide you want a refund, you will be given a partial refund, the amount depends on how much work has been completed.
